SITE VISIT DAY 2:

Wednesday March 12, 2025

  • Breakfast is NOT included in our hotel reservations. See above for suggested options.

  • Arrival time will be confirmed on Tuesday. Our first classroom observation is scheduled for 8:30am.

  • 12:30-1:15pm: Lunch will be delivered from Chopt Creative Salad Co..(orders collected one week before the site visit).

  • 2:50pm: Finish debrief with leadership team; feel free to depart school if needed for travel home. Those able to stay are encouraged to join Credential Core Team members for a Closing Circle with West End staff.

Departure Details

  • Wednesday: Jen flies out at 6:29pm. Deepa, Dimity and Jenni depart by ground transportation.

  • Thursday: Ryan flies out at 10:15am.



SITE VISIT DAY 1:

Tuesday March 11, 2025

  • 7:15am: Arrive at West End Secondary by 7:15 with time to check in and begin our huddle (in room 118) at 7:30am. Prepare for an intensive day onsite

  • 12:30-1:15pm: Lunch will be delivered from Cava (orders collected one week before the site visit)

  • 3:15pm: Depart school

  • 5:00pm-8:00pm: After a short break, we will meet at the EL Education Office at 5pm for our Day 1 Dinner Debrief

DAY 1 DINNER DEBRIEF

The Day 1 Dinner Debrief is a critical component of the credential site visit. After leaving the school and taking a short break, we will re-gather at the EL Education NYC Office from 5:00pm - 8:00pm for a catered dinner and collective debrief.

Dinner details will be provided closer to the site visit; we will be ordering from Han Dynasty. (March 3rd note-We will be in touch to request your orders before the weekend).
