2023-24 Credential Cohort Site Visits

After applying in the fall, eligible schools are invited to join the Credential Cohort to earn the full Credential.

What do I need to know about the Site Visit?

The purpose of the Credential Site Visit is to gain an authentic understanding of the school’s journey and impact in Three Dimensions, current context, and next steps in continuous improvement.

2023-24 Credential Cohort schools work with EL Education partners to demonstrate excellent & equitable impact in Three Dimensions.

  • Allow 2 days for the site visit

  • EL Education will collaboratively schedule and plan the site visits with Cohort schools between November and May 2023

  • Schools will use a site visit planning tool to co-design a visit that centers the implementation and impact of the EL model

  • EL Education will provide written affirming and constructive feedback within two weeks of the site visit

Why Pursue A New Credential?

Harness the power of the Credentialed School Community.

Celebrate your community’s genius.

The EL Education credentialing process allowed our school to reaffirm and realign around the Three Dimensions of Student Achievement. It was a process that provided us with an opportunity to receive feedback that not only celebrated the success of the school and our students, but also an expanded opportunity for conversations that encouraged continuous professional growth, reflection, and students’ active participation in their own learning. The credentialing process has refocused our commitment to excellence and our dedication to fostering a conducive learning environment that focuses on real-world learning, character development, and high-quality student work.

Leverage the Credential to deepen your impact in 3DSA.

We really valued the feedback from EL Education experts as [the Credential process] was specific to the 3DSAs and authentic to our growth areas as an EL Education school. Staff and students felt seen, heard, and honored throughout the focus groups, student work presentations, and classroom visits. EL staff ‘get us’ and have a unique way of celebrating our efforts and nudging us in the right direction. We didn’t want them to leave after the two-day site visit!
