Supporting Members: Required Action

  • Attend 1 renewal calibration training prior to supporting on presentation date (on either Jan 29, 2025, Feb 24, 2025 or async)

  • 1-2 weeks prior to presentation date Jen Wood or Ryan Maxwell will send a pre-work email containing required action for each supporting member to complete PRIOR to presentation date.

  • On day of presentation, all supporting members are expected to be present during the full duration of presentation (3 hours).

Related Calendar Events

  • [On ADD DATE of checkpoint] (CT Lead, coach and/or director and Max Silverman) will host a checkpoint meeting with [school name] school leaders.

  • On the day of [school name’s] presentation [ADD DATE]: all supporting members (EL staff + additional Credential School Leader) will support virtually (a few EL staff will be onsite).

  • On [ADD DATE/TIME] all supporting members hold 1 hour virtual debrief. (100% attendance may not be possible but please try to prioritize joining via calendar invite)
