Welcome to the 2025

Credential Cohort

Congratulations!

As a member of the Credential Cohort, EL Education invites your school to tell your story of impact by hosting a 2-day site visit speaking to your journey in three dimensions.

Next Steps

NEW APPLICANTS

  • Schedule your site visit & checkpoint meeting

    • Refer to your welcome email and coordinate with your EL Education Coach to identify preferred dates for your site visit. The resource bank below also holds important information to consider as you plan for your visit.

    • When you are ready, reply to your “Welcome to the Credential Cohort!” email indicating your preferred dates.

    • We will coordinate via email to finalize your date. Please be patient as we weigh many considerations to identify the best dates possible.

    • Upon confirmation, we will also work with you to schedule a checkpoint meeting four weeks in advance of your site visit.

  • Attend the 12/12 Credential Cohort Kickoff for new applicants

    • Join us at 4pm ET (1pm PT) at this Zoom link. Let us know if you cannot make it so we can be sure you get all the information you need to begin planning your site visit.

  • Read the Credential Earning Criteria in full

    • To earn the credential in all three dimensions, your school must meet these criteria as demonstrated by data collected throughout the year-long credential process.

  • Gather your school team to begin planning how you will showcase your story of impact.

    • Leverage the credential process as an opportunity to proudly celebrate and deepen your school’s impact across the Three Dimensions of Student Achievement.

    • Consider structures — committees, checkpoints, celebrations, reflections — to build momentum and create opportunities for your community to authentically engage with the process.

  • Utilize your application to support your planning.

    • Your application holds much of the story of your impact against the Credential Criteria. Use it to help you and your team plan.

  • Review the resource bank below for specific guidance and examples to help tell your story of impact.

    • Lean on your EL Education Coach!
