Site Visit Schedule
The schedule outlines the logistics of how the school will tell their story in 3DSA during their site visit. Schools draft their agenda in collaboration with their coach, informed by this Site Visit Planning Guidance doc.

Site Visit Notebook
All credential site visit participants will be provided with a Site Visit Notebook upon arrival at the school, containing: Site Visit Components & Roles, Attributes of HQW, Site Visit Walkthrough Tools, Data Synthesis Tool, Focus Group Questions, and blank pages for taking notes.

Reservation hold will be under each members name (King Room). Parking will be available onsite. (Complimentary parking in their garage, lot or on the street).

Dinner will be on our own Monday (choose your own adventure!) The hotel has an on-site restaurant & bar (offering quick bites for dinner): W XYZ Bar and a 24-hour pantry: Fuel by Aloft.

SITE VISIT DAY 1:
(Starting at 6:00am) Breakfast + coffee is included in our hotel reservation.
Plan to arrive at the school by 7:15am
Natalie and Max will be able to drive folks to the hotel (~2 min), or feel free to walk (~9 min)
7:15-8:00am: Opening Circle for our team in downstairs conference room at City View
12:15-1:15pm: Lunch will be delivered from Evergreens
4:15pm: Depart school, take a short break
5:00pm-8:00pm: We will reconvene at a private meeting room (Tactic room) at the hotel for our Day 1 Dinner Debrief. (We will collect everyone’s meal orders from Kung Pow PDX)
SITE VISIT DAY 2:
(Starting at 6:00am) Breakfast + coffee is included in our hotel reservation.

Plan to arrive at the school by 7:30am
7:45-8:15am: Observe and join in student arrival
1:30-2:30pm: Lunch will be delivered from Laughing Planet
3:30pm: Those with earlier flights depart school after final debrief with school leadership team.
All team members able are highly enocuranged to stay for a Closing Circle with all City View staff from 3:30pm-4:00pm
TUESDAY, MAY 6 / WEDNESDAY, MAY 7
