MONDAY, APRIL 14
SITE VISIT DAY 1:
Breakfast is included (complimentary) in our hotel reservation — an assortment of hot food and grab-and-go items should be available from 6am-10am.
Arrive at 8:00am sharp, prepared for an intensive day onsite.
We will be greeted by Crew Ambassadors with a brief tour, and escorted to the PLC Room — our home base for this site visit.
11:30-12:30pm: Lunch will be delivered from Panera (Add your lunch order to google doc by 12:30pm ET Friday April 11th)
4:30pm: Depart school, take a short break
5:00pm-8:00pm: We will reconvene at a private meeting room at the hotel for our Day 1 Dinner Debrief.
DAY 1 DINNER DEBRIEF (5:00-8:00pm)
The Day 1 Dinner Debrief is a critical component of the credential site visit. After leaving the school and taking a short break, we will re-gather in a private meeting space at the hotel for our Day 1 Dinner Debrief with takeout/delivery from a nearby restaurant. (The meeting room is located on the first floor of the hotel, just around the corner from the front desk).
We plan to order delivery from Bep Vietnamese Kitchen. Place your order by 12:30pm ET Friday, April 11th via THIS GROUP ORDER LINK. Dinner will arrive in the lobby at 5:00pm.
SITE VISIT DAY 2:
Breakfast is included (complimentary) in our hotel reservation — an assortment of hot food and grab-and-go items should be available from 6am-10am.
Check-out: After grabbing breakfast / on your way out of the door be sure to drop off your room keys by the front desk.
Arrival time will be confirmed on Monday. We will be starting the day with an 8:00am teacher focus group.
12:30-1:30pm: Lunch & Team Debrief. Lunch will be delivered from Tazikis Med Cafe. Place your order by 12:30pm ET Friday April 11th via THIS GROUP ORDER LINK.
2:30pm: Finish debrief with leadership team; feel free to depart school as needed for travel home.
2:30-4:30pm: Those able to stay are encouraged to join Credential Core Team members for a Closing Circle with Buckhorn Creek staff.
